ESD wanted to improve the organization, functionality and clarity of their public facing. The site had become a central communication point but it was not easy to locate information and was complicated to use.
The Ramp Group was brought in to provide expert consultation on the usability assessment and design modifications to the site. As a result of this project, the information is presented in a manner that better meets the needs of priority users and is more integrated with ESD’s other public facing sites. The redesign made a huge impact on delivery of the Department mission as the user-centric interface designed greatly improves information access, which in turn increases the user base and frequency of use of the site.
