Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Developers
Redmond, WA Ramp Group
Ramp Group is looking to hire several Business Intelligence Developers for a client project. These are hands on developer roles. This initial project involves porting the current SSRS to SSAS cubes. This will involve designing the cubes, creating / altering ETL, scripting the steps with Powershell and Workflow (WF) to tie the pipeline together.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft BI stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS).
- Data Warehouse design expertise
- Experience building scalable SSAS Cubes
- Light SSIS ETL work
- Moderately complex T-SQL DB work
- Some C#, Powershell, WF (workflow), or MSI work
- Octopus or Scope or Sputnik experience a plus and should shoot them to the top of the list for a quick add to their team

CRM Software Developer
Ramp is looking to hire a CRM Software Developer. In this role you will build and develop CRM and xRM solutions for customers in the commercial, state/local government, and federal sectors. Work may be performed on-site at customer locations, in the Ramp Group offices, and remotely (home office); some travel may be required for work on-site at client locations. Qualified candidates will be responsible for developing CRM customizations both within the CRM application itself (JavaScript, ISV.config, etc.), but also through Visual Studio for custom workflow assemblies, web applications,and custom integrations based on SSIS and/or web services.
The ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, web services, and SSIS, and have been working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product for a minimum of 2 years as a developer. This is a technical role and will comprise a mixture of customer facing work as well as independent coding and testing. This is not a junior position, and candidates must be able to communicate clearly, work through design scenario’s, and build solutions quickly and with minimal coaching.
Depending on each project, team, and client, you may be involved in the entire project lifecycle or at various stages, from initial requirements gathering and design, to work on deliverables, code reviews, and technical knowledge transfer. Strong communication skills are essential and you will have a professional, punctual and self-managed work attitude. You will have a solid technical development / software engineering background and be skilled in .NET (ASP C#) development with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 application, SSIS, and Microsoft integration technologies. Experience with the Scribe Software
Desired skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Microsoft CRM 4.0 developer (C# language)
- Minimum 2 years experience developing SSIS data integrations
- Minimum 2 years experience developing SQL Reporting Services reports
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Microsoft.NET developer
- Minimum 5 years technology consulting experience with mid-market and/or enterprise clients
- Prefer broad web development experience in the Microsoft stack, including SQL Server
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to take initiative
- Creative problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced development environment
- BS in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience

- Customization of intranet and internet sites on MOSS and understanding the underlying technologies such as CAML queries.
- Development of ASP.Net web applications using technologies and methodologies such as AJAX, SQL, Reporting Services, and Team Foundation Server.
Skills:

Candidates must have the following qualifications: • Candidates MUST have proven Business Development experience in a major Professional Services / Consulting firm / Outsourcing vendor or Software company. • Verifiable experience showing incremental growth in exceeding quotas of $4 million. • Proven success working with local accounts at executive levels. • Must reside in the Seattle metropolitan area. • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, IS or engineering; Advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
