Candidates must be able to articulate thinking using a variety of mediums from information diagrams, wireframe flows to detailed prototypes. While visual design skill is a plus, a solid understanding of the complete UX approach, including visual design is a must.

    Primary responsibilities:
    Create interactive prototypes of core features working closely with other Interactive/Animation Designers and Usability Researchers.

    Create user task models, understand and possibly tweak UI architecture, and wireframe level design. Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.

    Advocate for your design and work flow solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.

    Primary qualifications:

    • Min 6+ years' experience in design (preferably interactive), knowledge and respect for information architecture and visual design.
    • Experience designing enterprise business application workflows. History of positively impacting users through the design of your work.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving/design skills, clear and confident communication, process, and organizational skills

    Job Description:
    The Principal Recruiter is responsible for strategic recruitment and sourcing of technical and sales executive roles within Ramp Technology Group, headquartered in Bellevue, WA. This individual performs complex research, networking and analysis to develop active and passive candidate pipelines. The Principal Recruiter develops and implements strategic, innovative recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve Ramp’s staffing objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full life cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension and onboarding.

    Required Core Technical Skills:
