Stephen Frazzini has joined Ramp Group to serve as a business development manager.
Frazzini's deep experience in technology business development includes serving as industry manager and global partner development manager for Microsoft. Ramp Group is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and Frazzini will lead the company's efforts to enhance and expand its relationship with Microsoft.
"We have a longstanding, rewarding relationship with Microsoft; it's given us the opportunity to work on many gratifying projects, such as several worldwide releases of the Vista Upgrade Advisor and exhangeyourcareer.com-a very hip recruitment site for the Exchange team," explained Robb Nielsen, a partner at Ramp Group. "We're looking forward to deepening that relationship in the future, in part by more fully incorporating our user experience and development practices as well as demonstrating our ability to create game changing results during a project's inception through our Ramp Genius offering."
Ramp Genius provides brainstorming and ideation from the company's most senior business and design experts to create conceptual product recommendations that are as innovative in design and technology as they are practical in business execution. Ramp Genius clients include Pitchbook, GoGo Images and Microsoft.
"With Stephen's understanding of Microsoft's needs at the M0 level (project initiation), our goal is to increasingly deliver the kind of intelligence many of our corporate clients have come to depend on from us at the inception of important initiatives. We've found it is the most effective way for our teams to work, and we're looking forward to providing those services more and more to our largest client," said Graham Gill, director of business development at Ramp Group.
Frazzini joins Ramp Group's newly established business development department. The company has grown rapidly in the last several years, almost entirely through direct client referrals. Ramp Group recently was named one of the region's fastest growing companies by the Puget Sound Business Journal and Inc. Magazine. Between 2003 and 2006, Ramp Group grew 569%, achieving revenues of $9.5 million last year.
In addition to his successful career with Microsoft, Frazzini has managed significant initiatives at Sun Microsystems and Arthur Andersen. He graduated from George Washington University and is fluent in Thai.
